If you hire us to run your estate sale, you can expect:

Your sale is a big deal to you AND to us. We’ve hand-picked people who have many years of experience working for estate sale companies and who treat clients and customers with professionalism and compassion. We will provide all of the necessary items tables etc to set up a professional and organized sale.  Advertising will be put up in a timely manner in order to get proper interest in your sale.   We believe sales should be positive experiences, so expect to find yourself working with a fun and caring team. Lots of our sales end with hugs and happy faces.

Besides estate sales, we also offer a buyout/cleanout service. A buy out clean out is another approach to getting a house emptied and ready to list or turn over to a new owner.  Essentially, we come and sort items into their proper categories such as donations, debris and items for resale.  Large furniture pieces are processed and sold on site as it is too labor intensive to move them.  Labor and fees are calculated and vary based on the job size.  Potential factors such as a spiral staircase or limited access to remove items (example a large desk that was built in a room with a narrow door) can add additional labor.  Also, additional labor is charged for large items like appliances, pianos and pool tables.  This will leave the home empty and broom swept with an additional deeper cleaning available for an extra charge/fee.

For items that are of appropriate value that can be auctioned/sold on Ebay. This is done at an agreed upon commission.
